URBAN BIRDMAN is a sad incapable hero. He looks the part. He wants to lead he wants to fly
but the chances are he will remain in this posture forever.
He was my first bronze. An adventure in casting, his head was cast directly from a cock pheasant skull. This radical approach is a measure of the spirit of casting that mentor John Huggins imbued.
He is a bird full of anomalies
