A SIDEWAYS LOOK AT OUR POLITICS

The ANGEL OF DEMOCRACY is a very different kind of image for me. Having observed this character I felt I wanted to draw her ... she so much feels like a metaphor for our current world ... and politics. If anyone knew my vey early work ... this piece will be no surprise.

In 2022 ... I one of the drawings I donated ... ‘ANGEL OF DEMOCRACY’ which sold very well at the RWA SECRET POSTCARD AUCTION to raise funds for the important work of the RWA. https://www.rwa.org.uk @rwabristol
