The HARPY is an adaptation of a myth Sioban once overheard ... �a Harpy is a spirit that sits on a man's shoulder ... to remind him of his misdeeds...�

The HARPY seems to be a bird/woman who is able to combine an air of elegant (supercilious?) tranquillity with a kind of frenzied bustle - especially if seen running along a lawn from one flowerbed to another!
